My vision is to look out at the area by the Lincoln Memorial and see adoptees, birthparents and adoptive parents all in unity for open access to the adoptee's original birth certificates. All showing their wish for unity by wearing the pink and blue ribbons that represent all adoption triad member's desire for truth in adoption. Come Rally with us on July ??, 2002, 10:30 AM in front of the Capitol building. We will be standing at a threshold in time, allowing ourselves to be seen by the country, and publicly letting everyone know that as adoptees we have been cheated from our heritage, cheated from knowing any and all genetic information that would be pertinent to any medical information we should have, but do not. Come join us! Reunions may be made while in the crowds, wear a name tag with your name and date of birth and who you are searching for. We will never change the laws until we UNITE!!!!! We are asking all members of the triad that want open records to participate in this march/rally. The word is going out across the country, be a part of this life changing, history making event! |
Be sure to check back for updated information as our plans
progress... and plan to attend!!!
We WILL be a MILLION strong! (Alberta)
